A part of my day-to-day activities is cross-department support, where I’m involved in creating various promotional materials for sales, business development, operations, and client services departments.
I work closely with the head of departments and project leaders to meet their requirements and create effective communication collaterals.
Sales Support
Includes trade show support, webinar support, promotion collateral support, e-mail campaigns and automation, presentation design, web design, and content management.
Business Development Support
Includes trade show support, promotion collateral support, e-mail campaigns and automation, presentation design, partner and trade network campaigns, and Travel Advisor Portal web design and development.
Operations Department Support
Includes various print and digital material such as maps, posters, presentations, Health and Safety portal web design and development.
